FIMO® Effect Neon Set 12x25 g

FIMO® Neon polymer clay to be baked in the oven, which is particularly soft and easy to model. The colours can be mixed with each other, including with FIMO® Soft. The creative projects made can be baked in a domestic oven at 110°C for 30 minutes.

FIMO® clay is a soft and easy-to-work-with clay available in many beautiful bright colours. Use the clay to make beads for jewellery, miniatures or other fun figures. Also fun, stick a magnet behind it! Do not bake the clay longer or at a higher temperature, do not use a microwave. Free from chemical plasticisers. Tip: protect your work area with plastic and wash your hands thoroughly after working with FIMO®. It's handy to have baby wipes on hand, so you can clean your hands when changing colours.

• Our collection of FIMO modelling clay consists of the product lines Soft, Effect, and Kids
• FIMO can be cured in the oven at 110 °C. The maximum temperature is 130 °C. (Exception: FIMO leather-effect must cure for 30 minutes at 130 °C!)
• If you have used techniques that require multiple curing processes, you can also put FIMO elements that have already been cured back in the oven
• All oven-hardening FIMO types can be mixed with each other.
• The hardened modelling clay can be varnished with special FIMO varnish or coloured with suitable markers or painted with suitable, plasticiser-resistant acrylic and oil paints
• You can sand and polish FIMO
• Holes for FIMO jewellery and beads can be made with a needle before hardening or with a hand drill after hardening
• Broken FIMO parts can be easily reattached with a two-component adhesive
• If you want to create curved FIMO elements, you can use oven-safe moulds for this by laying the material over them
• FIMO should only be washed by hand and not in the dishwasher because the dishwashing detergent is too aggressive and can damage the material
• We recommend wrapping the FIMO in aluminium foil or PE bags and storing it in a cool and dry place. This way, opened FIMO blocks do not get dirty or dusty. Avoid contact with polystyrene, PVC, and Styrofoam
• FIMO in the packaging that has become too hard can be kneaded soft again with the kneading aid Mix Quick
