The pen is not permanent, so you can easily wash it off the house with some soap and water. However, the paint is quite water-resistant once dry, which is a huge advantage when painting on stones. The pen also has a fixed felt tip, which makes it great for colouring. Important: Store horizontally with the cap on, but if the tip dries out, you can dab it on paper until the ink flows back into the tip.
